Last updated: 23 October 2026
By using the app «المُعين على حفظ متون الدين» (“Muin”), owned and operated by Faisal Omari (omaridesign.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
The app is free and is for your personal, non-commercial use. Its features and availability may change, and part or all of it may be discontinued at any time.
2. Content
- Texts: classical public-domain works, taken from the editions of al-Maktaba al-Shamela cited in the app.
- Recordings: recited by Abd al-Hamid al-Qaryu (عبد الحميد القريو) and used with permission. They may not be redistributed, extracted from the app, or published.
- The app itself (its design, code and recitation model) belongs to its owner and may not be copied or redistributed.
3. Accounts
An account is optional. We may terminate an account or block access to the service in case of abuse, such as trying to disrupt the service or to copy or redistribute its content. You can delete your account at any time (delete account page).
4. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Errors may occur in the text, the timing or recitation following, so consult verified editions when needed. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the app.
5. Changes
We may change these terms and will announce changes in the app. Continued use after an announcement means you accept them.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel (the owner’s jurisdiction).
